How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider in our network. Each one is a separate local business. They run their own crews, set their own prices, and do their own work.
Internetheaven Septic is the referral step in the middle. We help you reach a provider. We do not do the job.
What Happens on the First Call
1. You describe the issue. Share what you see, hear, or smell. 2. The provider asks questions. Expect questions about the home, the system, and when the problem began. 3. You hear the likely options. This may include pumping, a line check, or a repair visit. 4. You agree on a next step. That may be a site visit or a written quote.
Timing varies by provider. Many providers can respond quickly, but ask what their schedule looks like.
What to Ask a Provider
Keep this short list handy:
- What do you think is causing this?
- What are my options, from simple to larger?
- What is the typical price range, and what changes it?
- Can I get a written quote first?
- Are permits needed for this job?
- What happens if you find something unexpected?
- Will you explain what you did when you finish?
Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by job, so a written quote matters.
You Are in Control
You can ask questions. You can compare more than one provider. You can say no and walk away. Nothing about a referral locks you in.
If a provider pushes you to decide on the spot, pause. A good provider will let you think it over.
Keep Records
Save your quote, invoice, and any notes. They help with future service, insurance questions, and resale. Providers can often help document damage for a claim, but check your policy for what it covers.
