How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Internetheaven Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Internetheaven Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is with a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service.
First, raise the problem with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.
Next, still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Internetheaven Septic cannot settle contract disputes. It also cannot issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@internetheaven.rest and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
Then we reply by email to confirm we got it, usually within a few business days. We look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact:
- Your state consumer protection office or attorney general
- Your local Better Business Bureau
- Your state licensing board or local health department, for issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors
